Dishwasher Motor

Washer repair
Oscar was very prompt and very nice. He seemed to be knowledgeable about what he was doing. However right after he left and I did a load of laundry, the machine is still making a knocking noise and the clothes don't seem to be moving around through the water.

The freezer part of my refrigerator/freezer stopped working
He was here less than 10 minutes and was able to determine that I needed a new condenser. He estimated that would cost almost $900 but, because my appliance is only 8 years old, I've decided not to spend that much repairing it. Instead, I am just going to have to buy a new refrigerator freezer. I asked him a couple of questions and he answered them for me and was pleasant enough. I'm just very disappointed that the Kenmore Elite refrigerator freezer that I have didn't last as long as I feel it should have

This is a rating of both Javier and Ronald. We had a total of 7 visits. Every time they needed to order an additional part or they said it was inaccessible or hoses were wrong. Why didn't they know all the parts they needed from the start? Other things we had to take care of on our own!

Unsatisfactory
Tech did not put on foot protection coming in out of snow, did not complete extra/additional paid service (maintenance cleaning), offered unrelated service from minor complications during the repair that wasn't experienced in the past but was resolved before leaving, left debris from service rendered, did not properly place unit back in original state.

Scam company
I knew it the compressor that was was out on my refrigerator, this company charged me 129.00 to come and tell me that I have a warranty, don't call this company. Absolute rip off!!

Grill service
He was the worst experience I have had w a technician. He looked at grill and said it's dirty. And clean up and it will fine. Was argumentative. I had cooked chicken once on the grill and I don't expect grill to be cleaned after each use. The burners are giving uneven heat. Ur previous techs were always very polite and thorough. Left the grates out without putting them back. Very unprofessional and had a chip on his shoulder.

Avoid at all costs
My air conditioning stopped working, with it taking hours to cool the house by just one degree. The technician they sent insisted was the air filter, which I'm sure is what the home warranty company wanted to hear. However, we just replaced the air filter during routine maintenance less than 60 days ago, and when he pulled it out to show it to us, it was obviously not dirty, even though he insisted otherwise.
