Useless technician
Absolutely useless technician. Didn't even come to my house but decided to close the work order when the job wasn't even complete.

Did not test repair and it did not work!
Tech did not test repair. Said he was unable. Prob was a lamp that did not illuminate. One possibility was a bad bulb. Another a bad socket. Another was a bad switch. Replaced switch. Light did not come on. Claimed he did not have bulb to try. Did not check socket. Said he was sure it was switch. Repair failed. Complete lack of diligence and thoroughness.

Liar, forgerer
Sears made me wait all day a couple days ago and did not show. This was a rescheduled appt. Tech was over 3 hours late. Did not call prior to appt. Just showed up and called using building security system. I asked him to wait 2 min before coming up. He said okay. Buzzed him in. He never showed. Documents sent from Sears showed he forged my initials on forms. Now I have to wait 5 days for the re-reschedule; assuming the tech shows. Sears service is terrible, IMHO. I say this based on multiple experiences with Sears. Avoid. Get warranty service elsewhere.

Very poor experience with this technician
This guy has an attitude issue and rudely asked me to order the part. Also he lied to me that the part is not covered. He also did not do the job with good quality.

Beware!!!
The service offered by Sears and this technician is very unprofessional. They pretend to take care of your needs as long as you have your credit card ready. The technician was asking for signatures without explaining what I sign. Then, he was very unhelpful with the whole process. Refused to order parts needed for the repair and put the responsibility on the client. The communication was poor and because of that I had to take many days off to wait all day (8am-5pm) for the repair that actually has never happened. Today, I am in the situation that I have to buy a new fridge, after all the time and money I spent when dealing with Sears and Mr. Gjolek. A lot of stress that could have been avoided. This firm and this technician offer very little and are very unprofessional.

Poor communication will lose you more business than mine!!!
I never met DANIEL I was not there. He serviced he dryer but it was the third time the call was dispatched. Only emails, no calls or texts for anything either ETA or confirming the call . Your communication is so poor that Daniel has no chance to giver service before he even arrives. I do not want you anymore. You are rating Daniel and he is not the problem.

Review
Tech was informed I would save ice and took out a bowl, He used his screwdriver to chop my ice so I could/would not save it. I do not require "dirty" ice. He could have asked for a clean utensil from me. After I pointed it out to him, he shook his head as if I was being unreasonable. Further, tech signed the form in my absence, i.e., he did not ask for my signature. I find that fraudulent. Did, apparently, get the job done. Deserves credit for that.

problem not solved
Nezlon was not the tech that showed up. Another two techs showed up. The Problem with my dishwasher is not solved. It is the wrong dishwasher and not what we ordered. The dishes fall over and rub and rattle against each other. The silverware basket melted. I called as I was directed within first week. They said I had 30 days. No one returned my calls. Sears keeps saying they will replace it with correct model dishwasher, but nothing gets done. I am frustrated and disappointed.

Sears home services
This technician is very rude, had a very bad experience with this tech. I requested this tech to wear shoe covers and I was told that this was not mentioned in the appointment details when i requested for appointment therefore I need to reschedule the appointment and this tech would walk away. I had to beg him to come back and check my cooking range. He then made false statements about my coverage saying Iam not covered under the plan. I would like to give this service zero stars for the worst customer service I have ever had.
