Bad customer service

Over all bad experience. Javier didn't read previous reports from previous technician. We had to inform him to go back and read the notes from the previous technician. Previous technician order wrong part we was informed by Javier he was going to the van to call Warranty company! After waiting about 30min and seeing he was no longer outside. We reached out to the Warranty company to see what was going on only to find out Javier had canceled the work without a notice to us. Completely unacceptable.

Tech been to repair my washer to 3 times been with washer for 3 weeks came to put parts on second time still did work and 3rd time no hot water only cold water left with a knob broke cannot change water level doesn't spin all water out of clothes left with out testing washer very poor service

Oven was checked and technician indicated that it was heating within normal range. I do not agree but accepted since I do not know what is considered normal. Over time it does not heat the same. I also showed the technician that the burners do not turn on right away and click but do not light. Gas smell occurs often. This occurs at least 1/2 time we try to light. Technician checked the issue and did not document it on his notes. I was on a work call and he told my mom he could not fix and left. I called him after my meetings ended and he said that there was nothing he could do and I needed to wait until issue worsened and call back. My issue was not corrected. I guess I have to wait until it stops working?? Not helpful.

Technician was a nice young man. However, the problem was not solved. It's doing the same thing that we called about to get repaired. 😒 However I hope we can get this problem resolved. 😔 Disappointed. The washer computer is saying code F5. Please help get the problem fixed.

Don't know what this means

He didn't do anything except put something to test the temperature. Of course it's going to be cold the freezer is almost empty. He told me to put my food in another refrigerator and turn it off and let the whole freezer defrost for a few days. I want a service man to come out that wants to work and look into the reason the freezer defrost food and doesn't make ice when I have food in the freezer. He was a waste of my time. I would appreciate a call from you to have another technician come out.

Employee changed the filter, looked at the thermostat and left. In and out of home in less than 10 minutes. Didn't perform any PM. Unacceptable.
