The technicians were very polite. They informed me that I only needed to put oil on the metal rails. I was so sure I was going to break the freezer door.

Central air conditioners, maintenance check
Technician was very polite was here for maybe 15 minutes I don't really know what he did outside just came in to make sure the filter in the furnace was clean said everything was working properly

Furnace repair
Gilbert was pleasant. I feel he did fix the furnace but he didn't elaborate on what he really did. He wasn't here until 4:45 in the afternoon. I don't know why your time span is an eight hour window when it used to be a four hour window. It is very inconvenient to have to sit and wait all day and not Have any indication as to when the repair tech will arrive.

Did not stay long enough to see if its working
The repair man said it may take a couple of hours for the refrigerator to get back to temperature is now been eight hours, and the freezer still has not produced any ice !!!!

Dishwasher repair
Was condensing to me regarding my care of dishwasher. Had to have him come back into house to put racks back in dishwasher when I cannot lift them. The dishwasher has been put back together incorrectly so I need someone to come back out and correct it.

Service was good and tech was very professional. Parts to repair were no longer available.

No one showed up
Then when you call, it's a 26 minute wait . No-show no call terrible business practice I got them through my home warranty. I called and fired them though so I feel better about that.
