Repair not covered by Sears Warranty
The guy that came out was ok. Sears warranty is the problem because they didn't cover the door handle that broke on the refrigerator. It takes 5 minutes to unscrew three screws to change the part that cost about $90.00, but the charge for parts and labor from Sears was $500.00. Ridiculous! What's the point of a warranty?

Not between 8 am and 5 pm
Tech did not arrive until 6:35 pm. Francisco, the tech, and a trainee spent 5 to 10 minutes, never once opening up the machine. They asked what the issue was and promptly then said, "We can't order that part." Francisco continued with variations on that same theme, showing me his phone that said, "part unavailable, " and left soon after. I was still charged for their visit even though they made no attempt to repair the machine.
