Washer drain repair
Technician was friendly and cordial. But, the repair did not work. After one load of clothes washed, machine is malfunctioning and will not drain.

So far, my experience has been nothing short of terrible. This is the 4th app he's had. 3rd time showing up. And airs still not fixed. It's been @ 3 or 4 months now. Like seriously how long does it take to fix it?????? You should def sun this out if your guy can't fix it

Sears Tech came to look at my Air Conditioning unit
Looked at my unit on July 30, choice approved and Sears has not done anything since then. Cant reach them, no email or call from them. Oh, forgot to mention once they got my deductible in hand , havent heaRD FROM THEM.

Tech never showed up. No phone call. Stayed home all day waiting. Took 6 months to get a teck that came last week. I as supposed get repair today. NO SHOW NO PHONE CALL. but you want me to review the work????? I'm not happy! This is so unexceptionable.

Did not fix issue
He came and said it was in flood mode. This is the third time this has happen and he said after he reset it was good. 10 minutes after he left we did a load of cloths and same issue.
