Warranty visit follow up.
Although we had already had a report filed by your company, the warranty company sent Robert for a follow up. He politely listened to our concerns and went straight to the washer to confirm the first report by a service person. He seemed to be checking everything then was on his phone with what must have been the right people. After about 30 minutes, he said we should be getting an e-mail in two to five days. We are happy to say that within a few hours we had our refund and the next day we used to refund to purchase a new washer. Thank you for such great service people!

Just don't know why scheduling is so poor for your company. The tech company was supposed to be here by 3:20. Didn't arrive till 7:10. Tech had too many stops in a large area.
