Portable Dishwasher repair
I was pleased to get service the same day I called. Christopher was able to fix the problem and did not tell me that I needed to buy a new appliance. I thought the cost was a little high for a simple repair, but I was glad to get it working again.

Efficiency of Bob
I feel that Bob fixed my initial problem efficiently on my 1st ticket. I also feel that maybe moving things around inside my dryer, may, have caused my additional issue. Which Bob found and fixed efficiently! Fingers crossed 🤞 that I have no additional issues! Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄 & Happy New Year!

Problem still exist!
My problem with the refrigerator still hasn't been addressed. It still leaks can't getting through to someone is extremely difficult absolutely impossible!

My experience!
I think Jeffrey knows how to repair appliances, but I remember when Sears servicemen wore uniforms and were polite but not so familiar. My son was pretty upset. I've never had a servicemen use my bathroom, I guess they stopped and used public bathrooms, I think it was very improper to raise his t-shirt up to scratch his stomach.

Refrigerator Diagnosis
Blake tested the LG refrigerator it works sometimes putting water in the ice tray..When he tested it the water went in by pushing the manual reset button …But after he left it started again not filling the tray with water…He thinks it is the electronic smart board..But it was not changed out…

Repair
At this point it's fixed but not fixed. Said freon leaked out but couldn't find out were so just recharged and said good. But supposedly going to get a hold of manufacturer to take care of it

Dishwasher service
I am not happy with the service I received today. I was basically told I need a new dishwasher without a thorough diagnostic test. I felt the technician was inexperienced, and in a hurry to get to his next stop. I will not use this service again
