Follow up
The tech called with an estimated arrival time and was here on time. He installed the part within minutes. Was polite and courteous. Only problem was a slight communication issue. He has a heavy accent and I have a hard time discerning words.

Refrigerator repair Incompetent AI
Luis was very friendly & efficient. We don't understand why our scheduled appt was changed because a part was ordered by AI. It came days before we were to be seen. The part was not used, yet our insurance co. was billed for it!! That's fraud!
