Isadore was great! He fixed the door handle and seal. However he was unable to replace the range light cocker because the part sent was incorrect and did not fit. He told me a new part will be ordered and when it comes in a Sears technician will come back and complete the job.

Fabulous experience!
Jerry was pleasant and knowledgeable. He was conscientious and courteous. He diagnosed our problem with the washer and , thankfully noticed that there was a small leak before the flooring was destroyed. He recommended a drip pan which we immediately obtained. Jerry went the extra mile to complete our repairs. We highly recommend his services!
