Marcos was a great technician
Marcos arrived promptly and got right to work. He confirmed our diagnosis of the problem (ice maker froze up), had the part in his truck, and was able to fix it. I wrote a check to "Sears", he took pictures of it, and verified my ID. All in all a painless experience.
