Repair of Dryer
Peter was great! He was thorough, explained what happened with the dryer & also explained the importance of having the dryer vent professionally cleaned out. We will now do so!

Jose was great but Sears Home Services is beyond awful
My washer repair appointment was cancelled four times, three without my knowledge. I was on the phone close to daily trying to remedy the situation. Finally, when I said that I wanted a refund, Jose arrived. He did a great job. None of the scheduling issues were his fault. FYI - I had signed up for the Sears Protect Plan, but with the horrid scheduling service, I cancelled.

Service call
We called for service because of a grinding noise coming from the furnace. We had video and audio of the noise to prove it was happening. Naturally while the technician was here, the furnace did not make the noise so nothing was done. So obviously we are not particularly satisfied with the outcome. He simply said to wait for the noise to come back and call again. There was no diagnosis.
