Oven didn't heat
Larry was on time, polite and efficient. The oven heats up now! He took the time to point out something I need to have an electrician check out which he also said may be nothing, so he actually went above and beyond.

Thorough Check of Dryer
Andres and his partner discoverd that our dryer, which was not properly drying our clothes, was due to a clogged dryer vent. They showed us a view of the vent with their camera. They vacumned the dryer itself, and recommended that we get someone to clean put the dryer vent, which we did. We appreciate their honesty and correct evaluation of our issue.
