Ibrahim was very professional and thorough. He checked things previous technicians didn't even touch. I actually requested his name and service number so that I could request him in the future. Hopefully that will work. He told me I would not be able to renew my current plan. I hope that is correct. I did sign up for the new plan.

Refrigerator repair
Ibrahim came out twice to my home and he was very polite and helpful. He answered my questions and was eventually able to solve the issue with my refrigerator/freezer. Today it seems to be working. I am grateful for the solving of the problem. He had put in a new compressor a week ago, but that wasn't the problem, so I am glad he was finally able to find out what was wrong and correct it. Thank you!
