Monty, the Sears Home Service technician was awesome. He evaluated the issue with the washer and resolved it quickly. Was very personable, and took time to provide some tips to ensure the problem does not return. Great customer service and definitely an asset to your company.

Excellent service
Mr. Francis went above board and made sure that he had the correct part he needed for the furnace. The clerk wanted him to come back but he knew that the store would be closed and that we would have to be in the cold until Tuesday because of the holiday. We FaceTime him the information and he was able to solve the problem. I am extremely grateful ☺️

Samsung dryer repair
Chayane provided excellent service, calling when he was on the way, asking for additional information on the repair to be ready once he was here and arriving right when he said he would. Great technician!
My husband and I are very satisfied with Henryk's work and customer service. Our dishwasher was not working for over 4 months and 6 different technicians tried to fix it unsuccessfully. Henryk was the only one who took time to find the problem and fix it and made sure our dishwasher is running properly before he left. I wish all technicians are like him who really cared.
