Jorge the tech was awesome but sears customer service rude
One again Jorge is the third tech to work on the same on going problem but trying to speak with a agent/sears/A&E is ridiculous they cancel appointments not notifying the customer first experience tech September 30 call 3pm to call cancel tech October 31 wish I had took off work from August 2023 through November 2023 same on going problems once I ask for supervisor they said I had reach the highest level tech told me he cancelled cause the work Oder was wrote up wrong he just notice at 2pm then he just hung up on me I called sears several time before I reach a live person who said the tech had an emergency but that not what the technician told me ongoing problem

Also recommended getting the warranty since our washer was so old. Sears continues to provide the same great reliable and dependable service.
