Roberto was very professional he call before he arrived because the first technician lied and said I rescheduled so if Roberto would've called me my refrigerator would've never got service because he thought I rescheduled and when I didn't he came and did his job with no problems I really appreciate him he made my day it needs too be more technician like him would appreciate their job and the customers thank you again!!!
