Wow, unbelievable
no call no show and all of a sudden I get this text message to Wright. The service technician that I requested never show up again this is second no-show they resend them for the second time but for the third time I asked for him not to ever come to my house again.

Carbon monoxide produced by the oven killed our birds
Gentleman was very prejudice and racist. He doesn't believe the Nicor Gas company report about carbon monoxide detection inside the range oven, He didn't believe our birds died, showed the picture, he was keep refuting every evidence we presented and more. At the end he stated he doesn't believe our oven is old because it's so clean. He never seen incident like this so and so forth. He was sound like racist and didn't like us at all due to our color or some other prejudice norm in his mind. Appropriate actions need to be taken.

Lazy and only want a quick buck
Came in decided that it's probably not covered because it's in the garage refrigerators can't be in the garage because it's cold and they break so more than likely it's not covered didn't look at it and then he decided to open the door and said this is too old it's probably not gonna be covered. Didn't even look at anything behind or tested anything. He bent down a little bit to look at the back because I told him . But instead shoved his camera down, take a photo and said yeah, probably not covered and he is saying the wires were chewed because there was rodent chewing on them, causing it to burn. I would like to see the photos to show that there's anything chewing on it. First blamed it since it was cold in the garage. My garage is heated. First of all I had told him we moved into the garage because when it stopped working properly, it made the food really bad smelling in the fridge. Just smells bad after the food went bad , when I saw him I already knew he didn't want to do anything. He just wanted the quick hundred dollar deductible he started making excuses at excuses about not being covered without even looking at it. He looks like a guy that would walk in and say, it's not covered just to get the quick hundred for just coming there not fair to anyone.

Fridge
When the tech left the fridge worked. Next day I come home and it doesn't. I feel like this was only a partial quick fix and not a true fix.

Technician did nothing
The technician wouldn't move the refrigerator so he wouldn't couldn't do anything I took an entire day off work, and then had an appointment in the evening, so had my 20-year-old son at home waiting for the technician who came after 5 PM. The technician wanted the refrigerator moved by us, which neither of us would have been able to do so he wasn't able to fix anything.

Bad customer service twice
Larry our tech : 1st day all off 5 min just to refuse to repair our stove. 2nd tech super nice, courteous, ordered replacement valve. 3rd tech Larry agin , rude , unprofessional in every way, refused to repair stove. I took upon myself to replace valve, and fix my stove. I hope to never have to deal with Larry again.

Ghost tech

Not sure he fixed anything
Other than looking at the freezer I'm not sure anything is fixed. My refrigerator when he left was and is reading 51degrees he did not even look or take the temp. He said the fans working so it's working. I fear I still have a broke unit.
