Disappointing service call
Larry arrived on time, but almost the first thing he said was "I can't service your dishwasher as the model number and serial number are too faded to read." He then noted that there was already damage on my kitchen floor, which I acknowledged. His response was he hoped there was no asbestos, which I assured him there was not. I had send photos of the plate inside the dishwasher that showed the serial number and mode number were faded when I scheduled the service call, which I stated to Larry. If that was going to preclude service, I should have been told and they never should have sent someone who was not going to be able to order parts. Larry begrudgingly took off the cover on the filter, and informed me it was too deteriorated, which could be replaced but not without a serial or model number. I asked him if there was anything else wrong with the unit, but he did not bother to check, since the previously mentioned part was too worn. I thanked him for his time, and explained that my disappointment was not with him (despite his rather abrupt attitude), but with Sears for sending out a repairman who could not do anything to repair the unit if parts were needed. Interestingly, my son subsequently did a little internet research and found the model of the dishwasher - I would have thought Sears might have bothered to do the same when they knew IN ADVANCE that the serial and model numbers were partially illegible. Sears has been our go-to for appliance repair for decades, but this experience changes who I will call next time.

Not great
Fixed issue but was not kind. Very rude upon entering. Banged hard on my open door. Was not polite at all when giving estimate. Was very short with me.

He did what he was supposed to do, but...
He did what he was supposed to do, but it didn't fix the problem. Our washer is still leaking when it runs. I suspect the original technician sent on 9/8/2023 did not do his due diligence on diagnosing the problem correctly.

Dryer problem
I believe that Jose misdiagnosed the problem, or didn't completely diagnose the problem. He couldn't account for the occasional natural gas smell or the fact that the clothes weren't drying as fast as they used to, leading me to believe that there are more problems than just the timer.

Lazy and unqualified
Didn't even pull the refrigerator out to see why it's making noise. Said the unit was work so he doesn't care about to noise it's making. Unqualified to fix it and lazy.

It was worst experience ever!
The guy showed up with an attitude. Asked me in the driveway to describe the issue, as soon as I started, he interrupted me to ask my credit card, I said I have my wallet inside. went inside and paid the amount. he opened the outside fan compartment and pointed out it need maintenance. I told him I bought this house 6 months ago. then he was not able to open the box door with the breaker in inside. I told him it is pretty obvoius that the door you pulling has a stoppage with top cover either you have to puss that cover up first or the door has to slide down to open, he did not like that logical thinking, and told me to go inside to turned it off. I mentioned that I am not sure I will find the right circuit breaker. He said OK then I will come back when you know that. I request him to try to open it, He forced the door open with anger. after testing the system, he closed the compartment with all the debris inside, when I said you should have removed those bunch of leaves, he said you have to call maintenance for that, they will charge $150. at this point I lost it, and told him why you are so focused on the charge charge and charge. overall, zero satisfaction from the visit.
