No Hot Water
This person came, saw the mess and stated that he would write it up, recommending a replacement! I have a lot of $$$ to spend on this before we have HOT WATER again! Cheers

It was a good experience, I would recommend Ibrahim to anyone. I was surprised by the labor cost for replacing a valve on the refrigerator. We are considering the possibility of purchasing a new appliance rather than repairing on present 19 year old refrigerator.

Hard working
We were happy to have 2 hard working techs. They completed the repair by replacing parts. The only reason not a 5 is that the microwave was working before the repair and afterward the latch was broken and now the unit doesn't work until the new parts are ordered and sent. So can't use the microwave, have to have another whole day used up waiting for the technician. We have waited for the repairs for nearly 4 months. Now we wait longer.

Power surge/ fridge issues.

Could not perform service
Sears doesn't cover fixing Menard appliances. So he had to call another company to fix my appliance. Appointment was set up by me. It would be nice to know when we sign up ahead of time what brands are not covered and how it's addressed.

He was nice!
He seem to know what he was doing, but when done there was a burning smell & didn't seem to know why or really care! He at least showed up to fix it, not like the guy that was supposed to do the job & totally never showed twice without reason or contacting us !
