I was little doubtful about home warranty services, but Sears is great. Chuck came to my house on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He changed the hanging rods of my washer in 10 minutes and fixed the washing machine issue. I tried to give him tip and he said they don't accept tips. The whole experience was great and highly recommend Sears Home Services.

Mr. Marcos did a wonderful job. He was very concerned with the issue of Fridage and spent more than two to three hours to fix the repair, so that we seniors should not suffer . Very kind person I will give him 10 points for the work done .
