He was so knowledgeable and helpful and courteous . Sears is so lucky to have him as an employee He IS what the Sears of the past represents. Wherever we lived in the U.S., we went to Sears first. Wish the whole store would come back- It represented integrity and TRUST!!

A tight fitting washer/dryer unit made some of the other technicians cry- but not these guys. They were determined. Working together, they got the job done and I now have a working washing machine again! These guys were great!!! Thank you!
