Great Job Nicholas!
Nick arrived before the scheduled 8-5 time frame so we were still asleep, and I had my phone on silent so didn't hear the text ping. But he waited patiently outside till I let him in. But he got our dryer going and was out the door by 8:58 am! He was even training a new tech! Bravo and thank you!

Diswasher Diagnostic
Dishwasher is not drying the dishes. Repair would cost about $800. Service technician was very helpful but we declined the repair.

Kevin Review
Kevin was extremely conscientious in dealing with our refrigerator repair. He, twice, engineered temporary fixes to keep the refrigerator operational until the repair could be completed. The required part had not been delivered when he arrived to complete the repair; Kevin retrieved the part from the UPS driver who was down the road. A big MAHALO! to Kevin for going "above and beyond" in effectuating this repair!
