Gary M arrived in a timely manner to service my three appliances. He checked each one thoroughly to diagnose the problems. He immediately ordered the necessary parts to do the repairs. Gary was able to service the dryer and he scheduled another day to repair the washer and the freezer. He appears to be a knowledgeable and skilled technician with courteous customer service.
