Finally fixed for real this time
We previously had another technician for the same problem 4x and thought it was fixed, but, alas, it wasn't. Kekoa was able to come out the very next day and discovered the problems. After 5 weeks of no washer, I am extremely happy now! Kekoa showed both of us what he repaired and he is professional and friendly.

Resolution on my broken washer
