My Sears review
I gave 5 stars because my technician Eric was great. Also, he had a trainee who was also great. As for Sears, I am taken back at their pricing. Anything over a hundred dollars is a lot ! And, that's just for the estimate! So, for sears, they get 3 stars from me.

Refrigerator

Technician came out quickly, called to tell me he was on his way. Spent some time diagnosing the problem. The evidence pointed to the main timer. Unfortunately, it's an obsolete part so he could not fix it.
