Professional, friendly and efficient
Travis was a pleasure to work with. He was the 2nd technician for this appliance. He ordered additional parts that was end of life and thankfully was the assigned technician to install it. He arrived promptly within the timeframe indicated. Was friendly, and able to get information necessary to complete the part replacement (even though the order ticket did not have the information he needed). Was clean, taking care to clean up any mess he made. Would definitely have him back again.

Fixing the Samsung stove
