When You know What You're Doing
Since I been waiting since July for my extra Refrigerator that was purchased in 2021 to be repaired because of bad compressor, and I have to wait most of the day for the technician to get to me … it only took him 10 minutes to complete the job… So I give him a 8 and Sears a 0 , plus they changed my appointment 3 times . But I'm not complaining.

Knowledgeable and courteous
Appreciated his communication in advance of arriving. He clearly explained how our fridge was older model of a set when place was built over 15 yrs ago. Advised that was not worth repairing and clearly explained the reason water was constantly appearing on the floor. Great job. We've always used A&E wherever we have lived!
