Dishwasher repair
One thing that bothered me was that sears called and left me a voice message at 7:30am that the repair man was on his way. However, he did not arrive until 10:30 am. I believe he did call once to say he was on his way. Susan Jensen

Samsung Dryer Repair
I was very pleased that Sears Home Services was able to come the next day to look at our dryer. I was notified a number of times when Jeneil was going be arriving. Jeneil was very friendly and professional. He had the part that was needed on his truck so it was a one-stop repair! I have been very disillusioned with our current home warranty company, so I went ahead and enrolled with Sears Home Services. Jeneil said this was part of his territory, so he would likely be the one coming to our house to do the repair, which is a huge plus. With the other home warranty company , I never knew who was coming, and several of them , I would never want to deal with , ever again.
