I recently had my yearly free furnace and heating maintenance checkup done by Cordaryl K from Sears Home Service, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! Washing Machine problem analyzed
Andrew has been in our home before to work on the LG washer. He is always courteous, friendly, and informative. Very thorough in his investigation to solve the problem. He looks at all concerns, test the washer to find the problem and diagnoses what he believes the problem is. He is very professional and a delight to have as our "go-to" washer repair guy.

Technician Ruben M. was outstanding!
Ruben was very empathetic with my very trying experiences with Sears Warranty program. This has been my 4th request for service of my fridge within the past year. Ruben made me feel confident that he had a good grasp on what the problem may be and how to fix it. He reasoned his was through the repair and got my refrigerator working again. My experience with the company however, has been a nightmare.
