Quick service with a very knowledgeable technician
I am very pleased with my overall experience! I was able to get someone out to look at my washing machine same day. My technician, Eli, was knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue within minutes. He order the necessary part and was back out to complete the repair a few days later. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Sears for your home repairs.
