Eli was extremely professional but still communicative. From his initial point of contact he was very polite and transparent. He let us know where he was time wise on his previous appointment and provided an ETA on when he would be to us, and called when he was en route. Once he was here, again was very polite. He evaluated the situation, let us know what was needed to proceed. Although we had to wait for some parts, he was able to get everything done in a timely manner. We were very pleased with his service all around.
