Terrible scheduling from Sears
Sears scheduling department is terrible keeping appointments, after four (4) scheduled dates and no shows, numerous e-mails from Sears confirming dates and still no shows , phone calls by me the technician showed up and within an hour work was completed. Your scheduling is terrible not the technician.
