Our technician was very professional and arrived shortly after the message said he would. The only thing that would make it a better experience is a smaller window for the visit. 8am to 5pm wastes the whole day.

Timothy was excellent in what he does. He cleaned my dryer and told me what was wrong my washer. He was honest. Reasonable price charged me for service. I highly recommend him . Sears home services. He has repaired items in the past very nice.
He replaced a fuse I did one load and melted several dishes. I never had this problem. It has completely dead. I was a customer service and warranty. Now that my dishwasher has stopped working and it would be the 18th before a tech came. In my world when you repair and the customer has to get repaired then should want to take of come backs I should be open to help. I'm 71 and have crippled up my hands. I have been a loyal customer of Sears my whole life this is not the Sears I knew.

Refrigerator compressor repair
On time, completed repair/replacement timely on faulty LG compressor. Did have to wait for 2 weeks after replacement parts arrived for the repair due to staffing shortages. Not the fault of service tech.
