DANIEL HAD THE ANSWER TO MY PROBLEM IN LESS THAN A MINUTE
Daniel was a dream come true. I had not had a washer in almost a week. The dirty clothes stack was getting VERY large. He looked at my Maytag and the broken part. Then, he made my day as he said,"I thInk that I have that part in the truck. Ten minutes later, the dirty clothes pile was on the road to becoming clean. dANIEL knows his job and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend Sears Home Services and their technican, Daniel.

No problem. Russell fixed the washer. Polite man. Works quietly. Works quickly. Washer worked when he left. However, I am waiting to see if the board quits as quickly as the last two did. Washer has been repaired 3 times in 3 1/2 months. Same part quit each time.

Technician Great but Problem Persists
Russell was very nice and professional. He ran all kinds of tests and could not find the reason for the persistent mold forming in our dishwasher. As he could see, I already do everything he suggested to remedy the problem, however, the problem still persists and he could not determine the cause.
