Unprofessional
He had trouble coming to the door and was confused. He asked me multiple times to explain the issue. He did not seem to comprehend english well, and could not communicate well. He was unprofessional by his facial expressions expressing disbelief while I explained the issue for the x time and at one point he laughed at me. He came unprepared and had me bring out my own ladder for him to use. I had to set up the ladder as he was unable to figure it out. He also left the ladder for me to put away. For the second issue, nothing was looked at or addressed. He said in his broken english that the temperature was fine so there is no issue. When the issue is I caught items in my freezer completely defrosted/thawed one time in the last week. No door was left open and the temperature setting was on recommended settings by GE.

Great Service!
The technician was very knowlegeable, helpful and courteous. He diagnosed and fixed my issue quickly and everything is working fine now. :)

Unsatisfactory
Called to have leak fixed. The work did not stop the leak. Scheduled a day to come back, technician claimed I was not home when I was. Rescheduled again, stayed at home all day again, technician did not show up.

Two visits, same problem
The in freezer ice maker stopped working. The repairman came out and said we needed a new ice maker. He got it to work on that visit, but it continued to leak water into the freezer (better than on the floor like it was, I guess). He came out 3 weeks later and replaced the ice maker. It is making ice now, but now leaks water in the freezer and on the floor.

TIMOTHY - YOU ARE A LIAR
I had an appointment with you on October 13 at 9:46 AM, there two cars in the drive way. You told your boss that you show up at my house and no one answer the door. For this reason, I am calling you a liar. You never came to my house. I was home waiting for you to show up. I check my security camera and you were no where to be found on my security system.
