Brushed off
Russell was pleasant. However, after the visit, I felt brushed off. My washing machine is only one year old and he stated that Whirlpool will not cover the squeaking and it was suspension issue that I will just have to deal with. He also told me that he couldn't get the machine to act up as I had mentioned and to call back if it keeps doing it. I am going to reach out to Whirlpool direct to inquire on his statement regarding my issues. Perhaps he is correct and if so, I will not be purchasing Whirlpool again.

Good service tech, Sears service dept NOT GOOD!!!
Russell was very good… Although the overall experience with Sears was not good at all, we had specified a time of 11 AM because we don't live full-time in Hiawassee and we had specified 11:00 AM which is when we will arrive given the wrong information that was provided to Sears showed up at 8 o'clock, so we were not there Not very pleased with Sears service nor follow through

Still not fixed
Even though I explained that the freezer door was not freezing ice cream unless I put in main part of freezer first he said it was five. Even though it was at 5 degrees it had to be at 15 degrees to replace seal irregardless of whether it was freezing or not. I waited a month to call to ensure it wasn't a fluke or someone left the freezer door ajar it wasn't. So now I will have to take pictures to show that the ice cream bars are not freezing and start over. Waste of time and money for this repair.

Find another company
"Technicians" of today play guessing games. Quiet guy barely speak English. He did not even check the components just assumed that some parts needed to be replaced. Bad company!!!!!
