Honest Review
I would like to start with the positives. I like that I received text updates on appointment times. I also liked that I got a call on the day of the appointments to inform me that the service provider wouldn't be available until later in the day. Now for the negatives. I did not like that my original appointment was canceled on 3 separate occasions on the day of the appointment. If I had taken those days off of work, I would have been even more annoyed. For both appointments, I had Shane as my service provider. Shane was polite; however, I did take issue with a few things. One, on both occasions, Shane would huff and puff and mumble words under his breath like "stupid." Two, both visits, Shane left trash on the floors. Three, this one made me the most angry. After putting our oven back together, the oven door did not close all the way, and Shane repeatedly slammed and aggressively pressed the oven door against what even was causing the door to not close. At first, Shane thought it was the oven door latch hitting the door, so he kept smashing the door into it over and over again. Then he started getting even more aggressive with taking the oven door on and off. I was so upset that I woke my husband up and had him get out of bed. I was certain that our wood floors were going to get scratched, or our range was going to get dented or scratched. I was just about to start recording because I had already signed the waiver stating that he wasn't responsible for damage but in this case, I felt he should be responsible if something got damaged! The oven door was getting closed hard enough that the latch could have gotten bent! Come to find out, the oven rack was the cause of the door not closing. All in all, Shane was not horrible, but I would of liked him to be more careful when working on my appliance. This situation could have turned out much worse had my floors or range gotten damaged. I also would of appreciated if he cleaned up after himself.

Inconsiderate
I tried to explain the continuous problem. What he did I could have dine myself. He did not take the screw out to see exactly whst was going on with it. But if I'm calling continuously about the same problem, why can you not put a bandage on it.

Dryer repair
Shane was unable to fix our dryer. He needed parts that could cost anywhere from 200.00 to 500.00 and said he would have to talk to his boss about whether they wanted to finish the job or not. Something in the electrical panel was causing the machine not to work. We were to have an appointment between 8 am and 5 pm. He showed up right after 5pm. Made my husband mad and he had given up his whole day just waiting.

Never call sears
3 technican different want to charge different cost, claim can't work on kitchenaid , still under warranty awefull 4 week claim all part wasn't delivered at the end can't work on the kichenaid refrigerator, even under warranty claim I have to filed a claim to get paid after 3 visits no one told me I had to pay, when refused wanted to charge me for diagnosis. Never call sear, it should not take 3 people and a month later to tell me I will be billed. Never Never again.

AC review
Tried to get out of coming Got here told me it wasn't ac issue that I had a roof leak. Had someone else come today and they said definitely the ac. That the pump isn't working or a blocked line leaking. Water is all around bottom of unit took pics showed me.

Service from Sears Repair
The service from Sears has been the absolute worst. Four visits has only result in the refrigerator being worse than it was before and no resources in sight. I am contacting higher level to get issues resolved.

Zline AWD-30 double oven
It would not allow me to give 0 stars!!! Let me start this by saying this is a warranty job contracted from Zline to Sears. I wish this review was for Sears and not the tech. You sent Devon out today without the proper equipment to pull the oven out of the wall. Even though you knew the model number and what that would require. I stayed home from work all day to get a call at 12:50 advising me he doesn't have the dolly needed to pull the oven out of the wall to work on it. He then advised me he would call his manager and see if anyone had a dolly. He called me back at 2:15 to advise me they do not have a dolly close to me and would have to reschedule. Not because of a part, because they didn't have the equipment to do the job. The part was already shipped to me and is available at my home. Be cautious using this company as they will reschedule multiple times, in what appears to be, hopes that you go away. I called tech support and got an "I'm sorry sir, what can we do?" If you have another option, run from this company. They could care less how much they inconvenience you.
