Failure to report at scheduled appointment time
Representative stated I canceled or refused the scheduled service he did not make it to my residence after I waited all day and called after the said time to say I needed to reschedule my appointment and he wasn't going to make it

Nothwas fixed
He said it needed a kill switch and he can't get into that and left reporting the issue to his company.

Horrible experience, will NEVER use them again.
They came to fix my washer, that caused a leak in my basement. After the tech left, he left all my fans and dehumidifiers unplugged which could cause mold growth in my house. Not only did he leave them unplugged, when he unplugged them he moved the cord to a position which made my 3-year old daughter trip (they were all placed under rugs prior to his arrival). I called and sent him a text, but he never responded. Since I was at work, and can't fix the issues he left I called the 1-800 line to have him come back out and fix it since but was left on hold for 45-min. NEVER use them. Use a local, small business who cares about their community.

Not Happy with Sears at all!!!!
Our experience was awful. We tried to describe to the young man what was going on with our unit. He continued to talk over us and quote Sears policy to us. I was trying to explain to him that we have experienced this same problem with this unit for a year now and we've had two different people come out here and said the unit needed to be replaced, but Cleven stated as long as the unit was running while he was here there's nothing he could do about it. I told him the unit was gonna work for a couple hours then it would stop working again. In the middle of the night the unit stopped, I've had no AC the entire weekend! It's 89 degrees in my house. My husband is sickly and has breathing problems. This is totally unacceptable.

Refrigerator/Freezer! It need some type of anti freeze I'm !
Nothing was completed, my floor is a disaster. The tech said the refrigerator would be operating in 24 hours (not so) in the meantime all of my frozen veggies are soiled. I've phoned to have someone come out before 28 December, no one has responded to my request. I am not happy at all with this service! Especially with having to throw away food, I can't even give it away!

Worst ever
He was behind schedule and that he had been calling me and it kept going to voice. He complained about the fact that it was a crawl space. He did not like this side of town for that reason.

Scheduling follow up service is unreasonable
First, the Sears email stated that the technician would call one hour prior to their arrival at our doorstep. However, Patrick called only after he had parked in our driveway. Following a thorough examination of the issue with our refrigerator, we mutually decided to proceed with the repair. Regrettably, the service charge exceeded my expectations for replacing two components in the refrigerator. Subsequently, the next step in the process was to arrange for the replacement and installation of the two required parts. Astonishingly, we were informed that it would take two weeks before any technicians could return to our residence to perform the necessary replacements. Two weeks! Inquiring about the possibility of an earlier appointment, we received a negative response, indicating that this was the schedule dictated by their system. Considering both the inflexible scheduling and the high cost of the technician service fee, we regrettably had to decline Sears's services. At the end of the service visit, Patrick's customer service wasn't at its best. In Sears' system notes to cancel the service repairs, Patrick selected "the customer was dissatisfied with the high price of services". This is not true. It was a scheduling issue. We needed the service completed before October 30, 2023.

Not Happy
I was not happy when I told you that my wife needed the ice because she had to use it when taking chemo treatment and you said it will be 30 days. Then I had to pay $ 129.00 and the tech did not fix the refrigerator ice maker and broke a piece off the left door and now it sits on our counter. You had our info and should have looked it up before you came out and charged me for nothing. Will not use you again.
