This repair is in a long list of requests. I can rate better when I determine that the oven works properly. The repairman was courteous, professional and appeared to be very knowledgeable.

Sears issues
Shane was a good technician. He called about arrival time and was very prompt. He spent 5 hours on the repair and was courteous. Only issue was he was not allowed to take the large box of damaged parts stating it was our responsibility. As far as Sears customer service, no respect for the automated system. If you are lucky enough to chat with a person, good luck on that happening again. We had technicians miss two appointments, no call, text, nothing, just two days of my time for nothing. No way to notify anyone. No more purchases from Sears ever again. Terrible customer service

Broken dishwasher repaired on 3rd visit
He was very professional and repaired dishwasher in his 3rd visit! First visit he didn't see any problems with dishwasher but second visit he did recognize what I described as broken in first visit.

He needed a lot of help from me. It was broken off and took two of us to remove the broken parts. He knew what needed to be done.

Tech was fine company is horrible
The tech was fine but should not have taken 3 months to fix my refrigerator. The previous appointment never showed never called. Spent hours on the phone each time and never got anywhere. More than likely will still cancel policy. This was a horrible experience and even after all the inconvenience still had to pay deductible

Disappointed
Shane did an excellent job describing the charges and repairs and offered the warranty for all appliances in the home. My disappointment with the service he provided is that I was charged for a blocked ducked behind the dryer and upon him leaving all the dust and clothes that fell behind the dryer remained. What was the purpose for the charge. The washer still had water sitting in the rubber even though he cleaned what he said was lint that was clocking the washer from draining. I hope the repairs work beyond 30 days as $200+ is a lot to throw away for what he did.

Better communication
I was given a 8 hr window for my repair. I was told it would be narrowed down on day of repair. It was not. I took an entire day off work to have the technician come after 6:30. I also shared the evaluation before he arrived, of what the previous 2 technicians had reported. I was expecting a repair. All I received was another evaluation. I was also informed that I would be contacted before he arrived to discuss the issue. I was not. I called the 800 number only to be told by a recording that I was on schedule from 8-5. No communication at all. This would have saved everyone a lot of time and effort if someone had just picked up the phone. Now it's week 4 and I still have no AC.

I did not appreciate that the service check for my washer was added in the cost without properly consulting with me. Also, although the dryer handle was loose, it should not have been removed by him. Not the best customer service.

over $500, 2 full days out of work and a Saturday
After over $500, 2 full days out of work and a Saturday, we are still having the same issue we were before it was "fixed". Our dryer still makes the same horrible noise when its first turned on. Rollers and belt have been replaced but no better.

Nothing was resolved
While Mr. H was nice customer device wise, he ran diagnostics while watching the internal workings for over thirty mins. He did not check the drain hose to see if it was clogged, he did not attempt to see if the pump with also clogged at the bottom. Also no actual clothes or weight was added to the drum to try and identify if weight added changed the water drainage. While I understand newer models throw codes through diagnostics screening, there are also manual applications that should have been performed as well. Customer service was adequate, but was charged an additional 49.00 on top of the diagnostic fee despite him having to phone other technicians for assistance and there was ultimately no resolution. Unfortunately, I was not happy with the service.
