Brad was knowledgeable, very professional and courteous. He was respectful of our home, requesting towels in the event of water leakage and upon completion did a trial run to be sure everything worked properly. Would definitely recommend him for future repairs.

My technician was very efficient, friendly and fast. He quickly assessed the problem and corrected it. He also gave me tips on how to avoid certain issues with my Samsung dryer. He even cleaned up after the service.
