My service technician Andrew was very understanding, compassionate and willing to correct my problem with my appliance. However, my holy experience with Sears Warranty service has been a nightmare. I'm not happy with the way you conduct your business. Therefore, I would like to cancel my service I have lost days from work From miscommunication with the first technician that came out no way of getting in touch with someone easily. You have to talk to automated services.
