The best Service Guy
Dwayne was very very through and explain every step of his repairing our LG washer, he took time to go over how to avoid another issue with our washer, how to clean it how to clean the filter and tub, we have not in 13 years of having American home shield warranty had a service person as knowledgeable and experienced as Dewayne. Thank you Sears for such a nice and courteous service man.
