Eli was prompt and polite and knowledgeable. The only complaint I'd have about the whole experience is that I had to stay home the entire day, from 8 to 4 (or 5?). I just had to call a plumber and they gave me several windows (e.g., 8-12; 12-3, etc.), so I could do things outside of the house. Can't you do that, too?

Our family had an AC unit that stopped blowing cool air during the hottest parts of the recent heatwave, and it was difficult finding help. But we got lucky - Kevin came to our family's rescue. He was very professional and personable, and he quickly and correctly assessed the issue with our compressor and worked quickly to secure a replacement and complete the repair so we could start cooling the house again. He advised me on things I could do to improve my unit's efficiency and made sure I was satisfied with the repair before moving on to his next appointment. Kevin made a very strong impression on me - so much so that if I need help with my heating/cooling system in the future, I'm going to request Kevin be assigned to my work order. Thank you sir!
