Great expert visit
Alex arrived within one day of my online request to assess our Kenmore oven with a keypad problem. He did a thorough review of our situation and all that he could to help us. Unfortunately my oven was not reparable but working with Alex was a great experience. I have often relied on the team at Sears for in home advice and repairs. I definitely recommend this service team to everyone

Home Service repairs
Patrick was professional and knowledgeable. He explained the problem with the refrigerator and the cost to repair. My problem is not with Patrick but Sears service time. It took 2 weeks to get an appointment for a service rep to inspect the appliance. If there is an urgent matter one cannot depend on Sears to resolve an emergency situation. It appears Sears needs 3rd party contractors to assist with home service repairs.

Riding mower repair
I had a bent arm on my deck which resulted in mower inability to properly cut grass. Lawrence arrived ready to make the repair. Lawrence took his time to replace the part and ensure the mower was now cutting properly. I am highly satisfied with the results
