This technician was very good
On the 6th visit and over two months, this tech. Was finally able to get our fridge back working. The other failed visits by another tech was never completed stating that a part had to be supplied by LG. I found that all techs have this part on their truck and the problem could have been fixed a month sooner. This really makes me wonder what kind of people you have working for you that just don't want to do their job.
