Great Experience
Taesoon was highly personable and professional. Although Sears shipped the wrong part to my house, Taesoon was able to think out of the box by examining the suspected malfunctioning fan and discovered that it was frozen. Taesoon cleaned the fan, reinstalled it and it started working again, thus correcting the problem with our fridge. This saved us money! He also suggested that he could clean our other appliances, which we contracted him to do. It was a great experience!

Timothy was very helpful and explained in detail concerns of dishwasher. Showed me a feature on my dishwasher I wasn't aware of. Locking dishwasher feature will save me time. Sears need more technicians like Timothy

Eli from A&E Services came on time, checked out our clothes washer and replaced a bad part with a new one he brought with him--the machine is working again. Eli's manner is pleasant and professional, his work thorough--and he even reminded me his company backs today's repair for another 90 days if more should be needed.
