A Very Nice Guy
Very Personable. Very professional. Immediately found the problem and ordered parts. We were so happy that it was Daniel who came out once the parts arrived. He fixed it quickly and then put the washer back and straightened the room. Very nice to talk with too.

Third repair in 5 weeks
Nelson did his job quickly and politely. He is a most pleasant person. However, this was his second visit, followed by a repair visit from Isiah. All repairs (including new control panel and vent) and yet the dishwasher continues to malfunction. Hoping that today's repair will ensure that we have the use of our dishwasher for some time to come. Right now we are regretting that we ever purchased this appliance from Sears!

Very happy
This wasn't my first dishwasher repair. Generally, a technician comes out and diagnose is the problem and then have to order a part and come back. Thankfully he just so happened to have the pump in his truck and was able to diagnose and repair in about an hour. he did a great job explaining what was wrong and what he was doing and I'm very pleased.
