Richard not only called to give me advanced notice, but he also used a tracking map that showed me exactly where he was and when he was going to arrive. Richard was very polite and knowledgeable about my newer AC and fixed the problem right away. I learned how to clean a clogged AC drain and received excellent customer service all in one. I'm a satisfied customer.

He quickly diagnosed the problem, explain it to me, and quoted the cost of repair plus general service He was neat and clean as he completed the work. He is an excellent repairman. Declined to assess the issue, leakage, while here. Claimed he could not move the refrigerator because it was a built in. Not true! I rolled it out and he still refused to assess the problem.
