Absolute Doll
Sears has a gem with tech Robersy! Prior to his arrival, he kept me informed of what to expect, his eta and finally when he arrived he was very thorough on explaining my situation. Although he was unable to resolve my problem during this visit, he was informative of the options I had moving forward. A true gentleman and a total professional. Kudos to Ft. Pierce Sears.

Second time we use Sears and are again very happy with the service. The technician was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I also appreciate the app that allows me to see when he will be arriving PLUS the technician also texts and calls to let you know he is on his way. Great service!
